9. SMS Gateway

The SMS Gateways page allows the admin to configure multiple built-in SMS providers such as Msg91, Nexmo, Twilio, and TwoFactor. Each gateway section includes fields for the required API keys, sender IDs, authentication credentials, and other provider-specific configurations.

Admins Can Manage:

• - API Credentials:Enter the gateway’s required keys, secrets, sender IDs, and tokens that enable SMS delivery and OTP authentication.

• - Status Toggle:Enable or disable each SMS gateway. When a gateway is enabled, it becomes the active provider responsible for sending all system-generated SMS messages, including login OTPs.

• - Gateway-Specific Parameters:Fill in provider-dependent fields such as SID, Auth Token, Template IDs, From Number, or any additional required parameters.

• - Submission & Activation:After configuring a gateway, use the Submit button to save the settings. The system will automatically route OTP messages through the gateway whose status is enabled.

Only one active gateway is needed. The enabled gateway determines how OTPs and other SMS notifications are delivered from the system.
